1)  All participants MUST be over 18 years of age and attend the event at their own risk.

2)  UK-Paranormal has a STRICT no alcohol or drugs policy. Anyone arriving under the influence will be asked to leave. Anyone suspected of bringing alcohol and/or non prescription drugs will be asked to leave without a refund.

   3)  Aggressive or anti social behaviour will NOT be tolerated. If you are deemed to behave in a manner that is offensive, disrespectful or aggressive to another guest or member of UK-Paranormal, you will be asked to leave the event immediately and without refund.

4)  There will be some areas that will not always be accessible our events. These areas are usually locked or roped/taped off areas; if you are not sure if the area is accessible, please ask the leader of your group.

5)  Please leave the venue/location in the condition you found it in. Please take all rubbish home or dispose of it in a proper manner.

6)  We will inform you of the designated area for smoking and refreshments. Please DO NOT smoke in any other area than the area allocated.

7)  Please refrain prior to and during an investigation from applying perfume/aftershave and strong smelling body sprays as this can interfere with Mediumistic senses.

8)  We cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place during an event; those of the spirit realm have free will as we do. Please show respect the spirit realm at all times. We do not allow goading of spirits into appearing and we do not allow use of Ouija boards.

9)  If you are of a nervous disposition, or become unwell during the event please let us know immediately. We will keep a watchful eye on you and give you reassurance at all times. Public events are for entertainment purposes only.

10)  Any loss/damage incurred by you to the structure, furnishings or displays of the venue either by accident or otherwise will be paid for by you. UK-paranormal will not be held liable. UK-paranormal will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to equipment belonging to participants during the event.

  11)  Occasionally photographs/footage of our events is submitted to our website, they may include pictures and or footage of people attending the event. If you do not wish to have pictures/footage of yourself displayed publicly, please inform our team immediately. We cannot guarantee they won’t be viewed, but we will endeavour to secure your privacy.

12)  No photographs/footage or audio recording may be submitted to another website or available elsewhere for public viewing without the express written permission of UK-Paranormal.

  Aspects of the investigation must be adhered to at all times. All persons attend at their own risk.

UK-Paranormal will not be held responsible for any physical, psychological or other long term illness or injuries or death as a result from attending our investigations/event. Investigating the uncharted world of the paranormal can be hazardous. It is recommended that you take out a third party liability cover prior to a paranormal event. By booking and participating in the event, the participant has read the above and agreed to all terms and conditions and the participant/s indemnify UK-Paranormal Investigators, it’s employees and subcontractors from and against all liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from participation in this event.

You will be asked to sign a disclaimer prior to taking part in any of UK-Paranormal events.

UK-Paranormal reserve the right to refuse admission to any of our events.
