Digital Lighting ~ Enhanced 'Human Night Vision'

UK-Paranormal having been using various innovative systems designed and produced by our technical team advisor Paul Rowland on various investigations we have conducted over the past few years. These have included Paul's Laser system design and the enhanced 'Human night vision' system.

Digital Lighting

Digital Lighting is a new advanced electronic lighting system that pulses blue, ultraviolet or infrared led's at chosen frequencies.
It is for use specifically on paranormal investigations, but will have uses on 'other' types of investigation.
In common with all the equipment Paul designs it is new and unique. It is specifically designed to add a new opportunity to capture real evidence of paranormal activity.

Most paranormal investigators relay on infrared night vision camcorders and standard 'flash' illuminated pictures that produce nice images of the location under investigation, that yield very few 'unusual' images.
By using new digital lighting methods, there are now new opportunities for real photographic evidence.
The digital lighting can be used with digital still cameras, camcorders in normal day light setting and night vision mode, and to enhance our eyes in their 'night vision' mode.

    Picture 1                                                                                                              Picture 2

Picture 1 - This is a 'control picture', this area is a doorway into a previously blocked off bedroom.
The exposure time is 3.2 seconds, the ISO setting 160, the lens aperture is at f2.8.
During both photographs the camera flash was turned off, the only light source is from the digital light unit.
The strange blue/white area is a reflection of a paint stain on the wall

Picture 2 - The camera set-up and mode of use is exactly as picture 3, this time the camera was set to take two pictures sequentially.
Due to digital camera processing time the images are 13 seconds apart.
In the top right first appears a small streak of green light, there is also a second longer streak of green light leading to a 'misty formation'. There was no green light used at that time.

In this picture the reflective stain is less visible, perhaps because the 'misty object' has absorbed more of the light.

Is the misty object the wings of an insect or moth? - if it is why are they only seen in one place and what produced the this green lines.

This picture was taken after medium, Sheena Young, founder of UK-Paranormal had been in contact with a spirit in that location.
Although Paul does not claim this as a picture of a ghost, it does appear similar the typical image portrayed as a ghost in old photographs.

Further investigations using this equipment will be on going and comments about the pictures are welcome.
This new photographic technique can be repeated in any location using most digital cameras with long exposure settings.
